Terminating a Tenancy

Boston Mayflower’s Tenancy Conditions require you to give four weeks written notice to terminate a property, and this notice must run from a Monday. (e.g if the written notice is received on a Wednesday the four weeks notice period will start the following Monday). For this written notice to be accepted it must be signed by the tenant.

However we only require two weeks notice from the Next of Kin for a termination when a tenant has died.
