Urgent – Repair within 5 days

These are repairs to deal with problems causing discomfort or inconvenience, but they are not serious hazards. These repairs include:

• Water penetration

• Defective ball valves

• Defective taps

• Total loss of heating (1 May to 31 October only)

• Underground burst not causing damage to premises

• Non Dangerous electrical faults

• Blocked waste pipe of toilet (where there is more than 1 toilet in the home)

• Minor plumbing leaks

• Glazing not affecting security

• Non urgent heating appliance repairs

• Storm damage

• Repair or renewal of roof tiles
