These are repairs that need to be carried out immediately because there is a danger injury of death or severe damage to your home. These repairs include:

• All gas leaks or hazards (National Grid)

• Blocked flue to fire or boiler

• Dangerous structural faults

• Temporary repairs after fire, flood, lightning or severe storm damage

• Gain entry where no other access available

• Repair windows and doors to make property secure

• Total loss of heating (1 November to 30 April only)

• Burst water pipes

• Total loss of electric power (please contact your supplier first to check this is not a power cut)

• Total loss of water supply (please contact Anglian Water first to check if the problem is local)
