Neighbourhood Management

Boston Mayflower ensures that our customers remain at the forefront of our services and that they are treated as they would expect to be treated. Our Neighbourhood Management Service is headed by the Tenancy Services Manager, John Smith, and is delivered through three area offices, each with dedicated Neighbourhood Managers and Customer Services Officers, supported by the administration team providing a responsive Customer Service.

The Neighbourhood Management service includes:

  • Carrying out initial visits four weeks after the customer has moved into their home

  • Carrying out estate inspections

  • Dealing with anti-social behaviour and nuisance cases

  • Dealing with tenancy enquiries including transfers and assignment requests

  • Dealing with general tenancy breaches and neighbourhood issues including graffiti and fly tipping

  • Liaising with resident groups and working in neighbourhoods to ensure sustainability of tenancies and neighbourhoods

  • Liaising with Local Authorities and partner agencies working in our neighbourhoods
