Garages and Parking Spaces

Boston Mayflower have a selection of garages, parking spaces (with or without lockable bollards) and garage plots.

Prices for 2008/9:

Garages are charged weekly at:

Tenants                                 £5.22           Non-tenants  £5.22+ VAT (£6.13)

Parking Spaces are charged half yearly in April and October:

Tenants                                 £42.20          Non-tenants  £42.20+ VAT (£49.59)

Parking Spaces with Lockable Bollards are charged half yearly in April and October:

Tenants                                 £74.75            Non-tenants  £74.75+ VAT (£87.83)

Garage Plots are charged half yearly in April and October:

Tenants                                 £83.50            Non-tenants  £83.50+ VAT (£98.11)

Termination of a Garage / Parking Space

Boston Mayflower requires one week’s written notice to terminate a garage, and this notice must run from a Monday. (e.g if the written notice is received on a Wednesday the notice period will start the following Monday).

All other parking spaces / garage plots require four weeks written notice.
