Garages and Parking Spaces

Boston Mayflower have a selection of garages, parking spaces (with or without lockable bollards) and garage plots.

Prices for 2010/11:

Garages are charged weekly at:

Tenants                                 £5.75           Non-tenants  £5.75+ VAT (£6.76)

Parking Spaces are charged half yearly in April and October:

Tenants                                 £46.54          Non-tenants  £46.54+ VAT (£54.68)

Parking Spaces with Lockable Bollards are charged half yearly in April and October:

Tenants                                 £82.42            Non-tenants  £82.42+ VAT (£96.84)

Garage Plots are charged half yearly in April and October:

Tenants                                 £92.00            Non-tenants  £92.00+ VAT (£108.10)

Termination of a Garage / Parking Space

Boston Mayflower requires one week’s written notice to terminate a garage, and this notice must run from a Monday. (e.g if the written notice is received on a Wednesday the notice period will start the following Monday).

All other parking spaces / garage plots require four weeks written notice.
