Your Area Matters

Our aim is to ensure that your homes are located in safe, healthy and vibrant communities; therefore we work with many different partner agencies to help improve services in your area, and support and form local community groups.

In partnership with other agencies and community groups we arrange local events in your area. To help your Area remain a safe and happy place to live we run different campaigns to bring issues to people’s attention. We run a Playwatch scheme , so that young people and adults can report any issues on their local play areas. We also help local community groups by offering them a chance to apply for  a Community Champions Fund, and we keep local areas informed on what is happening through  Your Area Matters Newsletter.
