Supporting You and Your Tenancy

Boston Mayflower Ltd have a team of experienced support workers who are trained to support a tenant when he/she or is having difficulties maintaining their tenancy.

There are six Floating Support Team members who all have experience in housing related or social care.

The Floating Support Team can provide help in the following areas:

• Rent Arrears & debts
• Budgeting
• Claiming Benefits
• Education/Training/Literacy Skills
• Completing forms
• Safety and Security of home and person
• Resettlement issues
• Being New to the Area
• Tenancy Issues
• Accessing the Community
• Access to other professional resources
• Practical Living Skills
• Family Support and
• Miscellaneous
