The Careline Service

Many people choose to live independently, but they often worry about accidents or the need for help in the home.

A Careline gives you the freedom to live how you want to, and the security of knowing that whether you are young or old, you can always get help when you need it.

Boston Mayflower Careline provides a caring support service that enables you to summon help whenever the need arises.

How does it work?

We install a Careline unit that plugs into your existing telephone.

A member of staff will explain how everything works; all you need is a modern push in telephone socket and a 3-pin power socket nearby. A lightweight pendant is supplied that you can wear in a variety of ways and by pressing the button you will automatically be put in contact with our Call Centre, which is manned 24 hours a day, every day of the year.

Our trained operators will make sure you get the help you need straight away. In an emergency we can also call upon a member of Careline`s Mobile Response Team who will respond immediately if an operator cannot reach any of your nominated contacts.
