Building New Homes

Boston Mayflower Ltd has most recently built new homes in Goodson Close, Boston, as well as Mayfields (our multi-million pound Extra Care scheme).

We are currently looking into further projects which will provide the area with efficient, comfortable and affordable new homes.

These new developments provide homes for tenants with housing needs throughout the whole of Lincolnshire.

We aim to deliver a good mix of social rented properties and low cost home ownership schemes, ensuring properties are maintained at affordable rent levels.
