Urgent – Repair within 5 days
These are repairs to deal with problems causing discomfort or inconvenience, but they are not serious hazards. These repairs include:
Water penetration
Defective ball valves
Defective taps
Total loss of heating (1 May to 31 October only)
Underground burst not causing damage to premises
Non Dangerous electrical faults
Blocked waste pipe of toilet (where there is more than 1 toilet in the home)
Minor plumbing leaks
Glazing not affecting security
Non urgent heating appliance repairs
Storm damage
Repair or renewal of roof tiles
