Routine – Repair within 14 days

 

These are repairs where problems do not create a risk to people or property and where discomfort or inconvenience is minimal. These repairs include:

 

  • Flooring repairs

  • Repairs or renewal of skirting boards or shelving

  • Repairs to internal doors or cupboards

  • Replacement of door and window furniture (where security is not affected)

  • Repairs to doors and windows

  • Repairs to plaster and glazed wall tiling

  • Repairs to blocked or leaking gutters and fall pipes

  • Repairs to rendering and repointing of brickwork

  • New electrical and plumbing installations work

  • Repairs to paths and steps

  • Repairs to fences and gates

  • Urgent repairs (5 day priority) where the tenant has chosen an appointment exceeding the 5 day period
