These are repairs that need to be carried out immediately because there is a danger injury of death or severe damage to your home. These repairs include:
All gas leaks or hazards (Transco)
Blocked flue to fire or boiler
Dangerous structural faults
Temporary repairs after fire, flood, lightning or severe storm damage
Gain entry where no other access available
Repair windows and doors to make property secure
Total loss of heating (1 November to 30 April only)
Burst water pipes
Total loss of electric power (please contact your supplier first to check this is not a power cut)
Total loss of water supply (please contact Anglian Water first to check if the problem is local)
