Always telephone the 24 hour Freephone Helpline on 0800 169 1530 for immediate and emergency repairs. Do not report your repair on this website if it is an immediate or emergency response required.

Using Boston Mayflower’s online repairs reporting system, you can report a repair at any time. This will be dealt with the following working day.

When you report a repair you will need to tell us:

-          Your name, address and telephone number

-          Convenient times for the repair to be carried out

-          As much detail as possible about the problem that needs repairing. The more details you provide, the easier it will be to get the job completed on our first visit.

When you report a repair, we will record it with one of the following response priorities;

Immediate - Within 3 Hours (*1)

Emergency - Within 24 Hours (*2)

Urgent - Within 5 Days (*3)

Routine - Within 14 Days (*4)

Sometimes it may be necessary to change the priority of the job and deal with it more quickly than normal. These changes will only be made where:

-          The health and or condition of the tenant requires a quicker response

-          The security of the property is at risk

-          Delays in responding will increase the cost of remedial works
