Our commitment to you is that all homes will broadly comply with the Decent Homes Standard, deposits will be securely held in the Rent Deposit Scheme, we will issue a tenancy agreement to protect both parties, and your home will be professionally managed.

You can register your details with us for FREE - just call 01205 318627 and as soon as we have a property to meet your needs we will contact you.

If you require any information or help with applying for a property we are available at Friars House, Quaker Lane, Boston, from Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm.

Remember, you DO NOT have to be registered on the Housing Register to apply for a Speedwell Homes Property.
