Neighbourhood Services

Boston Mayflower ensures that our customers remain at the forefront of our services and that they are treated as they would expect to be treated. Neighbourhood Services is delivered through local offices, by a Neighbourhood Services Team Leader and four dedicated Neighbourhood Officers,

Neighbourhood Services includes:

  • Carrying out initial visits four weeks after the customer has moved into their home
  • Carrying out estate inspections
  • Dealing with anti-social behaviour and nuisance cases
  • Dealing with tenancy enquiries including transfers and assignment requests
  • Dealing with general tenancy breaches and neighbourhood issues including graffiti and fly tipping
  • Liaising with resident groups and working in neighbourhoods to ensure sustainability of tenancies and neighbourhoods
  • Liaising with Local Authorities and partner agencies working in our neighbourhoods
