We aim to provide a high quality service to all our customers and have therefore adopted service standards for both income management and housing benefit advice.

 

Our goal is for at least 9 out of 10 customers to be satisfied with the quality and scope of the service provided.

 

We check to see if we are meeting these standards by carrying out surveys of new tenants and other users of the service.
