Involving Tenants in our Merger Proposals

As merger talks progress, we will:

• Continue to update our tenants, using our Newsletters and websites.

• As usual, consult with tenants regarding proposed arrangements for appointing representatives to the Board and Committees of the new Company, using:

When we decide to go ahead with the merger we will:

• Provide information to all tenants regarding any anticipated changes in service delivery, and invite their comments.

• Give a clear commitment to keeping our current offices.

• Provide information and reassurance that there will be no adverse effect on rent levels.

• Consult generally with tenants about proposals and priorities for reinvesting any financial resources which become available as a result of efficiency gains.

• Consult individually with any tenants who are directly affected by new proposals for capital investment.

• Using existing procedures, involve tenants in the selection of representatives to the new Board and Committees.
