Complaints

Our customers are at the heart of everything that we do so when things go wrong as they sometimes do it’s important that we know so that we can learn.  We have created an easy to access complaints process that provides you the customer with the chance to tell us where we went wrong and gives us the opportunity to review what has happened, put things right, apologise and change things to make sure that they don’t happen again.

Make that complaint and help us to be the best that we can be through learning from our mistakes.
