Working with Partners

Boston Mayflower Ltd is a preferred partner of East Lindsey District Council for the development of affordable homes, and we are eager to duplicate this status with our other local authorities. New-build housing will be the focus of our development programme across the region, however consideration of redevelopment of existing stock, will be given where appropriate. In order to promote sustainable communities, we will consider the views of local residents to our proposed developments, and also ensure that it meets the housing need in that particular locality.

Through working with developers via section 106 planning obligations on new housing schemes, we can provide attractive, low-cost homes which are integrated in the overall layout of a site.

We endeavour to continue excellent relationships with each of our local authority planning and strategy teams, so that we are aware of any changes to the local development framework which may affect affordable housing. Links will also be maintained with other strategic service providers including social services and special needs support groups.
