Building New Homes

Boston Mayflower Ltd & Flagship Housing Group entered into a Strategic Development Partnering Agreement in 2005. The agreement enables Boston Mayflower to grow their development program through a partner Housing Association.  

This will allow us to continue to provide thriving and sustainable communities of efficient, comfortable and affordable homes. As part of Flagships eNcompass group we aim to provide a high quality product, with excellent service and a forum for sharing expertise, experience and best practice. 

We aim to deliver a good mix of social rented properties and low cost home ownership schemes, ensuring properties are maintained at affordable rent levels.

We will provide these properties through both grant funded schemes, and also through planning obligations on larger private development sites. These new developments provide homes for tenants with housing needs, throughout the whole of Lincolnshire.
